The Majestic Chianina

Premium Italian beef cattle, originating from Tuscany and grass fed in Central West NSW.

Tilda Chianina is a bespoke farming operation nestled in the rolling hills of Central West NSW.

It overlooks Mt Canobolas from between the quaint communities of Cudal and Manildra. Established in 2018 at “Paranjack”, Tilda Chianina blends a curiosity for the rare and a love of agriculture and good food. The Chianina breed piques the interest of many for its relative scarcity, its compatibility with Australian conditions and, of course, the world renowned Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine steak) it produces. Combining these elements with a commitment to best farming practices has resulted in a local brand founded on tradition, authenticity and a commitment to quality.
